Zenfolio | sonny mencher | Williamson's Sapsucker, Glaucous Gull, Eastern Phoebe

Cmbining images from two days of birding - We were fortunate to have 3 uncommon sightings in the area. The most rare was the Williamson's Sapsucker seen near Butano State Park in Pescadero, Ca. Near by on Stage Road was an Eastern Phobeb - this bird has been seen in the same location for at least 3 years. Finally, in Half Moon Bay at mouth of Pescadero Creek a Glaucous Gull.

Forgive my posting multiple images of these birds but since we rarely see them it best to share more than one image.

The Snowy Egret feeding sequence is interesting
